Stratas are faced with major challenges as they look to the future. Managing future costs is central to the well-being of both their financial and physical structures. CCI Vancouver is committed to providing the strata community with tools to assist them in meeting these challenges. Our upcoming seminar discusses two key topics: Strata Insurance and the Strata Property Act mandated Depreciation Studies.
